Every detail of the hotel was good. All the staff were very helpful and exceptionally nice. the room was really reasonably spacious and fairly quiet, with comfortable beds. the bathroom was clean. the venue was adjacent to wonderful Puerto Rico for a decent price, and the local mall. We had a perfectly pleasant stay.

My husband and I recently stayed at San Miguel Plaza and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke both English and Spanish, making communication easy. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to major cities and within walking distance of local restaurants. We also appreciated that the hotel was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay. The Santa Rosa mall and hospital being across the street was an added convenience. The staff were also very helpful, promptly providing us with extra amenities when requested.

We had a great stay at a hotel in San Juan. The gym was fantastic, with a wide variety of equipment and weights available. The staff, especially Carmen, were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was good and provided a nice start to our day.
